This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 and Defense Acquisition Circular 2008-0423. The NAICS code is 323110 Size Standard, 500; Evaluation will be based price and other price related factors. Line Item 0001 - Rapid access film developer specifically designed for Printed Wiring Board (PWB) phototooling (0.004" to 0.008")Requirements: a. Film Type: 24" x 30" Rapid Access film used for PWB phototooling (0.004" to 0.008" thick) b. Material Width Opening: Minimum 28" standard film slot capable of handling c. System for automatic replenishment of both developer and fixer including replenishment tanks d. Scratch protection for the film on feed table, rollers & receiver tray/basket e. Stand-alone installation, i.e., will not be installed "in-line" with the existing photo plotter f. Minimum Dry-to-Dry time of 65 seconds when set up with a 15 second development time g. In-line filtering for the developer and fixer pumping station h. "Through-the-Wall" installation accessories (dark room film feed, lighted room developed film receiver) i. Approximate existing wall opening 47" wide & 42" tall j. 208V/ 3 Phase/ 60Hz k. Silver-Recovery System l. Final Cost shall include all shipping, setup, and training associated for proposal.
