Description: NSN 2940-00-244-3610 - Filter, Fluid, being bought in accordance with Western Filter, A Division of Donaldson Co., Inc (13520), P/N 211-1214 and Chart, Inc (14487), P/N 113033. An Indefinite Quantity Long-term Contract with a base year and four (4) option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed five (5) years. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 for NAICS Code 336399. Other than Full and Open Competition IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 12/16/10. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number, buyer's name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, socioeconomic, MBA, and AbilityOne. The required delivery is 134 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
