This solicitation is for the procurement of two radio frequency filters, identified by NSN 5915-01-680-5878, issued by the Department of Defense through the Maritime Supply Chain ESOC Buys division. The contract is subject to specific technical and quality requirements maintained in the DLA Master List, and it mandates strict adherence to DLA packaging and government identification removal protocols. Because the item is based on a source-controlled drawing, only currently approved sources and part numbers are authorized for fulfillment, though interested parties may contact the cognizant design activity to qualify products for future acquisitions. The procurement involves highly sensitive technical data subject to export controls under both International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Consequently, contractors must possess an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and complete required training to access and handle this data. The solicitation requires a delivery turnaround of five days after the delivery date specified, and interested offerors must submit their responses by the August 31, 2026, deadline.
