THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION. The Government does intend to award a LEASE AGREEMENT on the basis of this RFI. Any proprietary information that is submitted may be used as a general concept but specific information will be safeguarded as proprietary, if so marked and clearly identified in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. The Arnold Engineering and Development Complex is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide a Financial Institution at Arnold AFB, Tennessee. The information in this notice is based on current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. The NAICS codes for this procurement are: 522110, 522120 and 522130 to cover all Financial institutions (banks and credit unions). Updated information will be provided in future announcements, if applicable and posted electronically by Amendment on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Responses to this Sources Sought/RFI notice may or may not be returned. The Government will review information submitted by this RFI/Sources Sought notice to be used to determine a potential lease agreement for the Financial Institution. The Government shall not reimburse the costs of preparing responses to this Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought notice. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): The Government requests interested parties to submit a statement of current capability and any additional information in order to evaluate the need for providing a Financial Institution for Arnold AFB, Tennessee.
