Financial Reporting System

The United States Capitol Police is seeking information through a Request for Information (RFI) to identify modern financial reporting, planning, and analytics solutions that can consolidate disparate data sources, automate financial workflows, enhance transparency, and improve audit readiness. The intended system must establish an authoritative data environment by integrating with core operational and enterprise resource planning systems including payroll, human resources, and information systems, while supporting end-to-end PPBE-aligned budget formulation and execution. Essential capabilities include real-time dashboards, advanced financial analytics, AI-driven forecasting and anomaly detection, scalable high-performance architecture capable of handling large data volumes, and robust governance functions such as risk registers, mitigation workflows, and role-based access controls. The solution must be a FedRAMP-authorized cloud platform compatible with Azure GovCloud and fully compliant with FISMA, OMB A-11, OMB A-123, and internal USCP policies. Offerors are required to certify that their products comply with the Buy American Act or Trade Agreements Act and may mark submissions as proprietary to restrict government disclosure to evaluation purposes only. Submissions are due by June 8, 2026, at 2:00 pm EST and must be delivered electronically to the designated point of contact. Each response must include a capability statement limited to one to five pages using Times New Roman font size 10 or larger, and may optionally include pricing information. The government will notify selected vendors one week after the submission deadline and schedule 75-minute demonstrations within one to two weeks following the deadline, consisting of a 60-minute system presentation followed by 15 minutes for questions.
