Amendment #2 is raised to amend solicitation closing Time..***************************************************************Amendment #1 is raised to extend the solicitation period as indicated on NPP.****************************************************************The Financial Management Transformation (FMT) sector of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) needs to understand the development and sustainment costs of existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems across the public service as well as the costs of anticipated new ERP systems. These ERPs enable various key corporate functions such as financial management, procurement, asset and inventory management, and many other services. In support of FMT’s work to implement next-generation ERP systems across all departments and agencies, a cost model is being developed to estimate both the enterprise cost of this transformation as well as to approximate the implementation cost for each department or agency. Departments and agencies will be asked to populate a template with relevant inputs in support of the cost model’s development. The period of any resulting contract will be for one (1) year plus an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to two additional 1 year period under the same conditions
