The new system shall be operational prior to disconnecting and removal of existing fire alarm and mass notification system. York will only consider submissions received from Bidders who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid prior to the closing date and time. Submissions from Bidders who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
