The 772 ESS is re-competing the Air Force wide IDIQ contract to purchase USAF Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) strategically sourced Firefighter Personal Protective Equipment (Fire PPE) specifically, Firefighter Protective Hoods. This effort will be decentralized for DoD use. This procurement will fill the Firefighter Hoods needs for 188 AF Fire Departments both Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) installations, supporting over 9,900 firefighters. In order to adequately protect firefighters in the performance of their duties, these products must adhere to specific performance parameters and comply with national consensus standards and industry commercial practices for Fire PPE. Additionally, Fire PPE shall be produced in accordance with the F&ES PPE Firefighting Hoods Statement of Work (SOW) document.

Air Force Civil Augmentation Program (AFCAP) VI
Solicitation # FA805127R0001
The Air Force Contract Augmentation Program VI (AFCAP VI) is a Multiple-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract issued by the 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron. This program serves as a global force multiplier providing rapid contingency planning, logistics, commodities, and emergency construction capabilities to the Department of the Air Force, other DoD components, and Federal agencies. The scope of work encompasses a wide range of activities, including Base Operating/Life Support, humanitarian assistance, peacekeeping, and infrastructure design and build, supporting operations both within the contiguous United States and worldwide. The overall ordering period runs from June 1, 2028, through May 31, 2036, with various pricing arrangements including Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, and Incentive Fee structures. Award eligibility is based on a non-ranked selection process where offerors must be determined technically acceptable and possess an acceptable past performance rating. A critical requirement for award is the possession of a DCMA/DCAA approved accounting system due to the inclusion of cost-reimbursable task orders. Each successful awardee will receive an initial Firm-Fixed-Price task order of 4,000,000 dollars for the Contractor School. Key personnel, specifically the Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager, must hold active Secret security clearances. Additionally, the contract mandates strict compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) levels and imposes an organizational conflict of interest restriction, excluding participants from competing for other non-AFCAP VI advisory and assistance service requirements supporting the Air Force Civil Engineering Center.
