Fire Company 2 Emergency Communications Division Remodel Phase II

The City of Stockton is soliciting bids for Project No. OM-26-011, which involves the remodel of the kitchen within the Emergency Communications Division at Fire Company 2 in Stockton, California. The scope of work includes the demolition and disposal of existing flooring, casework, countertops, backsplashes, sinks, electrical ranges, light fixtures, and HVAC diffusers, followed by the installation of new quartz countertops and matching backsplashes. The contractor is also required to salvage and reinstall the existing garbage disposal and under-sink water filtration system. The project must be completed within fifteen working days after the issuance of a Notice to Proceed, with an engineer's estimate valued below 100,000 dollars.
