Fire Extinguisher - 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. One item is being procured which falls under National Stock Number 4210-01-429-3863. This is a part numbered item with two sources. The sources are: Crash Rescue Equipment Service (5U658) p/n Tri-Max 30 Kings Way Sales and Marketing LLC (3E2S4) p/n Tri-Max 30 This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13. The IQC will be for a two year base period, with three one year options. The following option notes will apply: Note 1. Offers will be evaluated utilizing lowest price technically acceptable (technically acceptability meaning Cage 5U658 p/n Tri-Max 30 or Cage 3E2S4 p/n Tri-Max 30). Solicitation SPM8EH-0-R-0013 is expected to be issued on or about 3/09/09 and may not become available until the solicitation issue date.
