FIRE EXTINGUISHER

The solicitation SPRDL1-25-R-0228 seeks fire extinguishers with NSN 4210-01-565-3896 in support of Mine Resistant Vehicles, issued by the Department of Defense through DLA Land Warren in Warren, Michigan. The fire extinguishers must conform to the Special Packaging Instruction AK15653896 Revision A dated July 24, 2025, and meet military preservation, packing, and marking standards per MIL-STD-2073-1, with Level B packing, single-unit packaging, and military-level preservation. All shipments require labeling and marking in accordance with MIL-STD-129 Revision R, including barcodes and Military Shipment Labels, and items must be uniquely identified per MIL-STD-130. Hazardous materials handling must comply with IATA, IMDG, and applicable CFR codes, and package testing must follow Note A regulations.
