NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to Leading Edge Concepts. Leading Edge Concepts will be providing Adaptive Rope Kits (25) ea and OpLux Rope (8mm x 46m) (25) ea. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 21 Dec 2017. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 20 Dec 2018 at 9 AM Mountain Daylight Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
