SUBJECT: Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Fire Truck Wireless Headsets System

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
This requirement is for 14th Civil Engineer Squadron at Columbus Air Force Base, requires a contractor to deliver, remove existing legacy communication systems, and install new wireless headset and intercom systems across three critical fire apparatus: Engine 6, Engine 7, and Rescue 5.
Solicitation number FA302226Q0322 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

4. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) REGISTRATION
All contractors who provide goods or services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Additionally, offerors must ensure that NAICS Code 334220 is active on their SAM profile. Failure to comply with SAM registration requirements will deem the offeror ineligible for award.
