OBJECTIVE :DFO has a requirement to provide a reliable, and effective Fishery Officer Dispatch Monitoring Service, 24/7 - 365 days a year. This will improve communication throughout the Service Area for up to 35 Fishery Officers located in the following Service Areas:Province of OntarioProvince of ManitobaProvince of SaskatchewanProvince of AlbertaNorthwest TerritoriesNunavut.CONTRACT PERIOD :The period of the Contract is from contract award to March 1, 2024.The contract will include two (2) additional two (2) year period (April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2026; and April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028) under the same conditions to be activated at the discretion of DFO.SECURITY REQUIREMENT :PWGSC FILE No. 300039101. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), and obtain approved Document Safeguarding Capability at the level of PROTECTED A, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).2. The Contractor personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets, or sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC.3. The Contractor MUST NOT utilize its facilities to process, produce, or store PROTECTED information or assets until the CSP, PWGSC has issued written approval.4. Processing of PROTECTED materiel electronically at the Contractor site is NOT permitted under this Contract.5. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP, PWGSC.6. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the:(a) Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex A;(b) Contract Security Manual (Latest Edition).
