This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation. Proposals/Quotes are being requested and written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation #HSCG84-17-Q-5XF084 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated Clauses and Provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87, and may be obtained electronically at http://www/arnet/gov/far. This RFQ is being solicited as SET-ASIDE SMALL, WOMAN-OWNED, SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED, HUBZONE, SMALL DISADVANTAGED VETERAN-OWNED, etc... The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332710 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. The USCG Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the Purchase/Manufacturing of the following Items, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW): 5 KG weight Brass, with Connector, 10 Each; 8 KG weight Brass, with Connector, 10 Each; Net Spade, Small, 1-1/2 in X 4-3/4 in, 10 Each; Net Spade, Medium, 4-1/2 in X 7-3/4 in, 10 Each; Net Spade, Large, 7 in X 10-1/4 in, 10 Each; Net Spade, Extra Large, 9-1/2 in X 12-3/4 in, 10 Each; Scallop Dredge Ring Gauge, 10 Each. Please quote all items as specified, and in accordance with the (SOW) FOB Destination Quotes are desired. Specify FOB Point on Quote. Required Delivery is 45 days after receipt of order. All Items are shipping to: USCG District Five (d), Federal Building, 431 Crawford Street, Portsmouth, VA 23704, Attn: ME1 Amber Martinez. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Provisions and Clauses apply to this RFQ: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Oct 2015), 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (Oct 2014). The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, Delivery. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Apr 2016). (Note: The Offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website accessed through http://www.acquisition.gov/. A hard copy is no longer required if the Offeror/Contractor is SAM Registered.
