Fitness Instructional Classes Ramstein Air Base, Germany The 700 Contracting Squadron, Kapaun Air Station, Germany, hereby publicizes its intention to issue solicitation RFQ_RAMSF70335_Fitness_Instructional_classes to solicit quotes for non-personal need for services described in Attachment 1 Statement of Work (SOW). Offeror shall provide professionally qualified and certified personal and group fitness and health instructors and therapists for the provision of such instructional and therapy services, to the 786th FSS (Force Support Squadron) Fitness Centers, which are Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentalities of the U.S. Air Force and hereinafter referred to as NAFIs. As such, no appropriated funds of the United States of America shall become due or be paid to the Contractor by reason of this agreement. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to satisfy this need. The projected period of performance is 01 September 2017 - 31 August 2022. This requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quote (RFQ); submission of a quote does not guarantee award of a BPA. Award will be made based on lowest price technically acceptable and on "all or none" basis. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote (RFQ) is on the 24 July 2017, with the anticipated receipt of quotes on the 08 August 2017. The Government plans to use the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website and email as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documentation will not be made available. Confirmed dates and additional information will be provided in the RFQ. Any questions relating to this RFQ can be asked till the 31 July 2017 and will be answered and posted on FBO by Wednesday the 02 August 2017.
