3-Year quote with cost breakdown of annual licensing cost plus cost per student for approximately 150 students per year. Product will include the following: Intern Placement Module with the following features: • Enable Subscriber to create logins for Student Users to access and use the Subscription Services. • Enable each Student User to create an individual profile and preference list of Sites and to display their profile and preference list to other Authorized Users. • Enable each Site to create a login to access and use the Subscription Services. • Enable Authorized Users of a Site to update information about the Site and its clinical internship opportunities, which is displayed to other Student Users and Subscriber’s Authorized Users, and to view Student User Data. • Enable Subscriber to provide Sites and Student Users access to the Subscription Services. • Enable Subscriber to access Student User Data and to download Student User Data. • Enable Subscriber to manage matching of Student Users and generalist/ clinical internship opportunities at Sites. Evaluation Module will include the following features: • Enable Subscriber to view and manage evaluation forms. • Enable Subscriber to generate reports on Evaluations. • Enable Subscriber to generate notifications related to Evaluation Forms to Student Users and Authorized Site Users. • Enable Student Users to complete evaluations on various targets such as sites, preceptors, schools, and self. • Enable Student Users to view evaluation that have been completed on them by other evaluators. • Enable Student Users to receive notifications related to their evaluations via email. • Enable Authorized Site Users to complete evaluations on students they are working with without a login via a secure email link. • Enable Authorized Site Users to receive notifications related to their evaluations via email. Internship Log Module will include the following features: • Enable Student Users to complete internship log forms. • Enable Student Users to access reports on their Logs of Hours. • Enable Admin Users to view, lock, and manage logs completed by students. • Enable Admin Users to generate reports on logs by student, class, session, setting, and site. • Enable Admin Users to configure log sections, labels and fields. • Enable Admin Users to set requirements for logs Curriculum Mapping • Enable Subscriber to access system via a portal • Enable Subscriber to map Course Objectives to Standards • Enable Subscriber to map Standards to Course Objectives • Enable Subscriber to generate reports based on mappings • Enable Subscribers to set up an approval process for mappings • Enable Subscribers to capture various information about courses and mappings • Enable documenting the course specific goals and objectives. • Enable faculty and curriculum committee to map the program courses to the standard-based essential skills and concepts. • Associate the learning experiences, methods of assessment, assessment outcomes that the faculty and students will be working on throughout the year (e.g., major writing assignments, projects, performances) • Understand gaps in the curriculum and formulate an action plan to resolve them for accreditation purposes.
