First floor space is preferable. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Access to public transportation is desirable. Parking is required for ten (10) government vehicles, with parking available for approximately 140 cars within a quarter of a mile from the building.
