This is a total small business set-aside combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and in accordance with RFO 12.104(C)(1). This procurement will be conducted by NAVSUP FLCN Pentagon Directorate located at 700 Robbins Avenue BLDG 2B Philadelphia PA 19111. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed-price, single award IDIQ contract that will be procured with a total (100%) small business set-aside pursuant to FAR 19.502-2(b). The anticipated contract term is one base year followed by four (4) one-year options starting 29 September 2026. 


This new contract will be awarded on a single award basis to a small business. The associated NAICS code and PSC code are 314999 and 8345 respectively. RFQ N0018926QD063 is the only RFQ for this requirement and it includes all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS, RFO, and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated purchase order. It’s the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed-price IDIQ to provide Heritage Military Specification Flag Cases in accordance with the specifications included in the PWS.
