AMENDMENT 001 : This Amendment is to revise the even numbered tables in attachment 3 to part 4 - bid evaluation and the Annex B - basis of payment.

Flags Protocol and Maintenance
Description of Requirement:
PCH is seeking the services of a Contractor with flag protocol and maintenance experience. The Contractor shall be responsible for the flag program which takes place year-round at specific gatherings on Confederation Boulevard and at LeBreton Flats Park.
Duration of Contract:
The initial period of the Contract is from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027, inclusive.
The option year 1 period of the contract is from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028, inclusive.
The option year 2 period of the contract is from April 1, 2028, to March 31, 2029, inclusive.
Evaluation Process and Selection Methodology
There are mandatory technical criteria associated with the requirement. The mandatory criteria are as follows:

The Bidder must demonstrate having recent and significant experience in the installation and maintenance of flags.
