This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. . The purchase of (1366) each 24"x24"x1" Flanders stage 2 Panel Filters, P/N 5341AP, and (1366) each 24"x24"x15" Flanders 6 pocket bag stage 3 Paint Filters, P/N 0441AP. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Brand Name Only: Flanders Filters or distributors Justification for Brand Name Only: Currently, building 59 has Flanders Burke Paint Filters and holding frames in stage 1. We have to have Flanders Burke in stage 2 and stage 3 in the same building due to existing parts, commality of parts, and integration issues with the existing holding frames. Also the Aerospace National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) guidelines state Flanders Burke Filters meet this criteria.
