FLEXIBLE DUCT

The U.S. Department of Defense, through DLA Maritime - Puget Sound, is soliciting flexible duct products under a 100% small business set-aside using commercial item procedures per FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, with the NAICS code 332999 and product code 4720. The contract will be awarded as a firm fixed-price supply contract with FOB destination delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, Washington, requiring all offers to include complete pricing for each CLIN, a valid CAGE code, full completion of all representations and certifications in SAM.gov, manufacturer details, and a guaranteed lead time for delivery. Offerors must currently be registered in SAM.gov, submit a signed original solicitation package, and comply with all packaging and marking requirements per ASTM-D-3951 and MIL-STD-129, including heat-treated wood packaging and prohibitions against asbestos, excelsior, and loose fill polystyrene. Non-commercial items must meet NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity requirements with a current assessment no older than three years, unless the item is identified as a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) product, in which case the requirement is waived and must be clearly documented by the offeror. Deliverables must include UID-compliant marking per MIL-STD-130 and electronic reporting to the IUID Registry, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the delivery site by the Government.
