This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis from Avalex Technologies Corporation (Cage Code: 096Y5). FOB: Origin; A written RFP will be issued. The anticipated Date of Award is 30 June 2017. The resulting award will be a new long term FFP Requirements Type Contract. This requirement is for the acquisition of Flight Engineer Display (FED) units used as part of the Starfire Forward Looking InfraRed (FLIR) system on the UH-1N Helicopter as follows: 0001: NSN: 7025-01-527-7689GA, Part Number: AVM4090A, Noun: Flight Engineer Display. Basic Quantity: 5 followed by four ordering periods when required for an additional quantity of 2 each. - 5 each units which can be ordered as required. Estimated Delivery: 97 Calendar days ARO order for all production ordering periods; Inspection and Acceptance: Source; Ship To: SW3119; One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered as ongoing market research by the agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
