FLIR Infrared Camera + Value Package #21

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is ussed as a request for quote (RFQ) #F4D3D9211AG02, to procure an Infrared Camera and Value Package #21 in accordance with FAR 13.303. Submit written offers. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or idividuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) (www.bpn.gov). This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation and document and incorporated provisions and clauses are thouse in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2005-30 and DFARS Change Notice 20090115. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333315 and Size Standard of 500 employees apply to this procurement. Statement of Work 1.0. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES 1.1 SCOPE OF SERVICES: 1.2 Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation necessary to provide a high quality Infrared Camera System for existing facility as identified and funded. This SOW is to provide a means for base customer to maintain substation security within the facility. 2.2 Procurement shall include exact or technically equal: Item 1:Quantity:(1) Unit: (EA)- FLIR P660 24 degree (2009 model) Item #40402-1802US, which includes ThermaTrak Recovery Software Item #4114887. Quantity: (1), Unit: (EA), Item #T197188 12 degree Lens. 2.3 Service calls shall be handled promptly, and repair person should be on-site within 3 days of initial contact. 2.4. FLIR will be new/state-of-the art (not used or refurbished.)
