Flood Protection Strategic and Advisory Services

Zone 7 Water Agency, responsible for regional flood protection in the Livermore-Amador Valley, is seeking specialized consulting services to support its flood management programs. The Agency is engaged in significant initiatives such as developing a comprehensive Flood Management Plan, a Flood Asset Management Program, and a Low Impact Development strategy to enhance flood risk reduction, public safety, and system resilience. This contract involves providing strategic, technical, and programmatic advisory services to guide the Agency's Flood Protection Engineering and Executive Management teams through flood risk management efforts, regulatory compliance, and long-term system improvements. The contract is a three-year Master Agreement with initial authorization for two specified tasks upon execution, and an additional task provided on an as-needed basis depending on emerging priorities. While Tasks 1 and 2 are guaranteed to be initiated, there is no commitment to the volume or frequency of services requested under the third task.
