Each floodlight is a 37W, 2900 lumen, white LED model with a 45-degree optic, designed for marine environments, and coated with a specific low-gloss urethane powder finish. The units must be individually packaged following strict military standards, including cushioning and marking requirements, with proper barcoding per ISO standards, to ensure damage-free delivery and traceability. Delivery is FOB destination to Baltimore, Maryland, and substitute parts are not acceptable. The procurement is anticipated to be a sole-source, non-competitive award to Phoenix or authorized distributors, with the vendor required to provide proof of OEM authorization and supply authenticity. The solicitation emphasizes compliance with numerous federal acquisition regulations, including instructions for offer submission, certifications, and representations, with a closing date of June 23, 2025.
