"THIS IS A PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY WITH ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES, INC., AT THE ST. LOUIS JOB CORPS CENTER AND NOT WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT" Scope of Work for: Floor Care Dorms at St Louis Job Corps Center Operated by Adams and Associates, Inc. For the U.S. Department of Labor The Dormitory at the ST. Louis Job Corps Center are in need of professional floor care attention to the Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) floors throughout the buildings. The Gross Square Footage (GSF) for Dorm B is 30,856 as well as two floor building (See included site map of the dorm) with all included rooms and hallways to field verify. The selected contractor is to furnish labor, equipment, cleaning supplies to perform the defined Scope of Work. Also the selected contractor is to also maintain the janitor closets in a neat and orderly fashion as the project takes place. The contractor is to Prep the floors by complete stripping the VCT Tile flooring of stains, wax build up, scuff marks and other surface flaws. After to apply three coats of wax and buff to all the prepared surfaces. Note: because of the amount of GSF involved in floor care it is critical that the contractor and the center work closely together on the areas scheduled each day for floor care as to not interrupt students in their living environment.
