This amendment corrects the closing date only. The closing date is changed from 6-25-2010 to 6-29-2010. The contractor shall provide all labor and tools to replace 5,626 square feet ofexisting Vinyl Composite Tile flooring at the Chief Redstone Clinic, PHS Indian Health Center, Wolf Point, Montana. The work includes but is not limited to removal of existing flooring and components and replace new, and sweep clean the work areas daily. NOTE: WORK WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED AFTER NORMAL WORKING HOURS AND WEEKENDS TO MINIMIZE DISRUPTIONS TO THE CLINIC. NOTE: CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING OWNERS FURNISHINGS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE WORK. THE PRICING IS AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PRICE THUS THIS WILL NEED TO BE INCLUDED IN IT.
