FLOTATION COLLAR CASING

NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone has a small business set aside competitive requirement for 250 each Flotation Collar Casings, Part Number 1051002-1. This competitive action will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Flotation Collar Casings will be based on the drawings attached. The Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) is required and the material has to be Flame Retardant (FR). The anticipated Period of Performance for this contract is 120 days after receipt of order until all deliveries are complete. The Flotation Collar Casings are manually inflatable life preserver (flotation collar), which is designated as Air Warrior LPU-40/P Yoke Life Preserver. The flotation collar is used by helicopter aircrew as over water life support mission equipment to provide buoyancy in the event of emergency ditching and egress. This announcement is the release of the Formal Request for Quotes (W58RGZ-19-Q-0013) for the Flotation Collar Casing. Questions regarding this Request for Quotes are due by 15 March 2019 at 1600 Central. The questions shall be submitted to Christopher.b.williams94.civ@mail.mil and pamela.r.latham.civ@mail.mil. Offerors shall submit proposals electronically NLT 25 March 2019 at 1600 Central to christopher.b.williams94.civ@mail.mil and pamela.r.latham.civ@mail.mil. Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals and any revisions or amendments so as to reach the Government by the time designated herein.
