THIS PART IS MANUFACTURED BY PTI TECHNOLOGIES INC. (CAGE 05228) UNDER PART NUMBER 7595726-101.  THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT (OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION). 



THIS PROCUREMENT IS FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A BASE PERIOD OF 5 YEARS WITH ZERO (0) OPTIONS.  THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANTITY IS 2,480 EACH.  DELIVERY WILL BE 35 DAYS AFTER DATE OF ORDER.  INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE WILL TAKE PLACE AT DESTINATION.  FOB IS AT ORIGIN.
