This is a notification that the Army Contracting Command (ACC) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract under statutory 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract will be awarded to Fluke Electronics Corporation; 6920 Seaway Boulevard; Everett, WA 98203 for 15 each Model NF100MV-DIV Precision AC 100:1 Voltage Dividers with UIDs. The Product Director, Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (PD TMDE) Calibration Sets (CALSETS) has a requirement to organically calibrate and repair Fluke 5790A and 5790B AC Measurement Standards; Fluke 9640A and 96040A Low Phase Noise Reference sources with the Fluke precision AC 100:1 voltage dividers (Reference the attached, redacted Sole Source Justification and Approval (J&A) memo). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334515 and the size standard is 750 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; therefore, a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the requirement would be beneficial to the Government and their capability to respond to his requirement. The Government will consider responses received by the established due date/time set forth in this notice. If no affirmative written responses are received by 5:00 pm (CST) on 1 March 2018, award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to both points of contact. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
