Fluor Marine Propulsion, LLC, a Department of Energy prime contractor, is seeking leased office space in the Schenectady/Southern Saratoga area of New York to replace its expiring lease in Schenectady. The agency requires approximately 70,000 to 90,000 square feet of contiguous, furnished office space located within a 10-mile radius of Burnt Hills, NY, to accommodate approximately 400 office seats including a mix of cubicles, private offices, and conference rooms, along with 2,800 square feet of stockroom/processing space and a food service area. The facility must provide reserved parking for all employees and include full facility support such as grounds maintenance and janitorial services. The lessor must permit modifications to control public access, at the contractor’s expense, and the space must be an existing building. The proposed lease term is five years with an occupancy date of March 1, 2027.
