Full Description

The United States Air Force (Aviano AB) intends to negotiated sole source with ITEL s.r.l. for the following service: Radio FM antenna maintenance service in support of AFN Aviano station. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials and transportation necessary to the maintenance of the Radio Transmission System for the AFN-Aviano Radio Services to the Aviano AB community in accordance with the attached Statement of Work-FM Transmitter Site Maintenance Service. Base Period of Performance:01 Jan 2013 through 31 Dec 2013 First Option Period: 01 Jan 2014 through 31 Dec 2014 Second Option period: 01 Jan 2015 through 31 Dec 2015 Third Option Period: 01 Jan 2016 through 31 Dece 2016 Fourth Option Period : 01 Jan 2017 through 31 Dec 2017 Attachment 1 - Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Attachment 2 - System Performance Specifications Attachment 3 - FM Proof of Performance Test See attached: Justification for Other then Full and Open Competition and MHS Interim Inpatient Documentation System.
