The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) intends to acquire Adobe license subscriptions on a brand-name basis through a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.


The requirement includes Adobe Acrobat Pro for Enterprise and Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps license subscriptions in the quantities and period of performance identified in the attached RFQ and vendor quote sheet. The licenses are required to support FMCS's existing Adobe software environment, user workflows, document management needs, and creative design requirements.


This requirement is for commercial software license subscriptions. Interested SDVOSB vendors must be authorized and capable of providing the required Adobe products and must be registered in SAM.gov. Vendors must also be certified SDVOSB concerns and small under the NAICS code assigned to this solicitation.
