This analysis addresses critical environmental factors such as air quality, biological and cultural resources, wildfire risks, and noise. The process includes a public review and comment period from July 10, 2026, to August 24, 2026, with public hearings scheduled for July and August 2026. Final adoption by StanCOG is expected in September 2026, followed by submission to state and federal agencies.
