IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the CPC Connect service application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
To use CPC Connect service to submit your bid, or to get more information on its use, please send an email to the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit’s generic address at TPSGC.orreceptiondessoumissions-orbidreceiving.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.
Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.
Food Catering Services- SW Ontario W3027-211123/C The Department of National Defence (DND), 31 Canadian Brigade Group (31 CBG) and Regional Cadet Support Unit (RCSU) require catering services throughout Region 1 - Windsor, Region 2 - Cedar Springs, Chatham and Region 4- Sarina on an as and when requested basis.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer for each Area listed in Annex "B" to satisfy this requirement. Should one (1) Offeror provide the lowest evaluated price for multiple Areas, PWGSC will issue one (1) Standing Offer for those Areas.
Delivery Date - See Herein
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 10 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
IMPORTANT: This tender is part of Public Works and Government Services Canada’s initiative to submit bid submission files electronically using epost Connect.
