The proposed lease area at the Navy Outlying Landing Field (NOLF) Cabaniss, Corpus Christi, Texas consists of 28.5 acres inclusive of ditches, field borders, field roads, and other natural or man-made features of the landscape. The lease area is to be used for grazing of cattle and/or horses. The lease is for an initial term of one (1) year with the option to renew for nine (9) additional one-year periods.
