For the Provision of Professional Services - Planning Board Attorney & Engineer - 2027

The Borough of Bergenfield, New Jersey, is soliciting Qualification Statements under solicitation 2026-RFQ-003 for the professional services of a Planning Board Attorney and Planning Board Engineer for the 2027 calendar year. The contract period runs from January 1 to December 31, 2027, and is open-ended to allow for additional work throughout the year. The Planning Board Attorney will provide legal guidance, research, and representation in courts and administrative forums, while the Planning Board Engineer will handle the design of capital improvements for public facilities and review private development applications. Preference for the engineering role is given to firms employing at least one Certified Municipal Engineer.
