This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1903 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAVSUP FLCN intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for supplies related to force on force simulation equipment to Setcan Corporation, 1080 Kingsbury Ave, Winnipeg, MB, R2P1W5 Canada. See the attached sole source justification for additional information regarding the sole source determination. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. All responsible sources may submit a quote, proposal, or bid that shall be considered by the NAVSUP FLCN Contracting Office. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
