The solicitation was posted on September 11, 2024, with a response deadline of October 7, 2024. The project is managed by Sacramento County Procurement, with David White serving as the primary contact. The contract emphasizes continuous, reliable forensic services to support law enforcement and legal proceedings within Sacramento County, ensuring timely and professional evidence collection while maintaining strict duty separation.
