The vendor shall provide commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) classroom and hands-on certification training on forklift operation and safety which will be held on-site with a live instructor. COTS means the provider must regularly deliver this training or a similar replication to what is provided to the general public and business community. The courses will be instructed to new forklift operators about Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards on all functions of safe forklift operation resulting in certification. Approximately 10-20 participants per class will need this certification training per calendar, if needed. This is not a request for the development of new training courses or adaptation, but an already existing course. Students in attendance will be from the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC).The agreement awarded was a part of a multiple award suite of agreements for this requirement.
