The project consists solely of the formation of the City of Chowchilla Community Facilities District No. 2025-1 (Rancho Calera) ("CFD 2025-1"), pursuant to proceedings carried out by the City of Chowchilla, including the adoption by the City Council on August 12, 2025, of its Resolution #59-25 establishing CFD 2025-1.
