Fort Bliss Washers and Dryers Lease and Services

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Bliss is soliciting a Firm Fixed Price lease agreement for the delivery, installation, maintenance, and repair of approximately 2,906 coin-free laundry appliances. The inventory includes 1,524 washers, 1,310 dryers, and 72 combo units distributed across base camps and outlying training areas, including West, Central, and East Bliss, as well as McGregor and Westbrook. The contractor is responsible for providing all skilled personnel and equipment to perform quarterly preventive maintenance, manage manufacturer warranties, and execute repairs. The contract is structured with a base year and four option years, with a total potential duration not to exceed five years and six months.
