Synopsis - FY20 Operations and Maintenance Fort Worth, Texas General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Greater Southwest Region intends to solicit proposals for Operations and Maintenance services at various locations in Fort Worth, Texas: 1. Lanham Federal Building 819 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, Texas, 76102 2. Fort Worth Parking Garage 410 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, 76102 3. Mahon Federal Courthouse 510 West 10th Street, Fort Worth, Texas, 76102 Offerors will be expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform Operations and Maintenance. The facilities covered by this solicitation encompasses approximately 824,304 aggregate square feet in approximately 3 buildings (buildings range in size from 35,400 to 670,000. In accordance with FAR 19.5, this procurement shall be awarded on the basis of competition limited to eligible small businesses. This synopsis is not a solicitation document, but pre-notice of an upcoming solicitation. Specific instructions on submitting your proposal will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or after the date listed below. This solicitation is set-aside for 100% Total Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 and the applicable size standard is $38,500,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation 47PH02-19-R-0025 will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will NOT be available.
