Les présentes soumissions seront reçues dans des enveloppes cachetées et seront ouvertes le mardi 10 février 2026 à 10 h 30, heure locale. Toutes les soumissions non conformes au devis seront automatiquement rejetées. Le soumissionnaire doit joindre à sa soumission une garantie de soumission sous forme de chèque visé, tiré d'une Banque canadienne à Charte ou d'une Caisse, payable à la Ville d’Acton Vale pour un montant équivalant à 10 % du prix soumis.
