This Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) is issued pursuant to PSPC Supply Arrangement # E60ZQ-180001/D, Stream 4 (Forensic Audits). The Department of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, or Public Safety Canada, has a requirement to perform a Fraud Risk Assessment of a national compensation program targeting businesses and individuals. Working with a team of dedicated stakeholders, the external firm is expected to undertake a systematic and thorough process to identify, evaluate and help address internal and external fraud vulnerabilities related to the national compensation program. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CCoFTA), the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement (CHFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), and the Canada-Peru (CPeFTA). There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Only suppliers who are pre-qualified and have been issued a supply arrangement are eligible to bid.
