FREEDOM PARK PLAYGROUND & POURED RUBBER SAFETY SURFACING; RFP#26-220

The Richmond County Board of Education has issued RFP #26-220 for the design, delivery, and installation of two new outdoor playgrounds at Freedom Park K-8 School in Georgia, specifically catering to age groups 2–5 and 5–12. The project includes the installation of poured-in-place EPDM safety surfacing and all necessary substrate preparation. All equipment and surfacing must be IPEMA certified and adhere to strict safety and accessibility standards, including CPSC Publication #325, ASTM F-1487-01, ASTM F1292 for impact attenuation, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Additional requirements include the submission of an E-Verify Affidavit, a Sex Offender Acknowledgement, and proof of insurance upon award. Installation must be performed by a certified Playground Safety Inspector.
