The 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley Space Force Base is seeking to purchase five brand-new, non-refurbished towable camper trailers for permanent use by the Outdoor Recreation Center to meet growing demand from base personnel. The trailers must adhere to strict technical specifications including a dry weight between 2500 and 2800 lbs, a layout without slide-outs to reduce maintenance, sleeping capacity for four to five people, a two-way AC/propane refrigerator with automatic ignition, a minimum 100W roof-mounted solar panel with charge controller, electric hot water, a 10-gallon freshwater tank, standard gray and black water tanks, four heavy-duty manual scissor stabilizer jacks, a standard 2-5/16 inch ball hitch with manual tongue jack, and inclusion of at least one propane tank and a spare tire.
