FS-26-04 Asset Management Roadmap

The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George has issued Request for Proposals FS-26-04 for consulting services to develop a comprehensive Asset Management Roadmap. The project aims to assess current asset management practices and establish a phased implementation plan to increase organizational maturity, covering immediate, medium-term, and long-term priorities. Key deliverables include current state and maturity assessment reports, gap analysis, recommended governance frameworks, and assessments of financial and resource planning, including technology and staffing needs. The successful proponent must have at least five years of experience as a prime consultant specializing in asset management for local governments. Proposals are due by October 19, 2026, at 2:00 pm PST and must be submitted via the specified electronic portal or mailed to the Regional District office in Prince George, British Columbia. Evaluation will be based on a combination of factors, including the thoroughness of the project approach, the experience of the project manager and assigned team, the firm's history with similar projects, and the overall proposed cost. Contractual requirements include maintaining at least $2,000,000 in Commercial General Liability insurance, compliance with BC Occupational Health and Safety statutes, and the provision of a WorkSafeBC Clearance Letter. All materials produced during the contract will become the exclusive property of the Regional District, and the service agreement is expected to remain in force until March 31, 2027.
