The U.S. Air Force, through the 421st Supply Chain Management Squadron at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources for the new manufacture of the Fuel Housing Pump, identified by Part Number 75233 and NSN 2915-01-084-6742RV, for use on the TF33 platform. This effort, published as a Sources Sought synopsis under Notice ID FD20302700086, is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment to award a contract or allocate funds. The government seeks information from all potential suppliers, including large and small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, 8(a) firms, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone businesses, and women-owned small businesses, to assess market capability and determine if the requirement can be competitively sourced or set aside for small businesses. The estimated requirement is for 35 units, and potential vendors must demonstrate the ability to handle full-cycle manufacturing—including component procurement, inspection, testing, packaging, shipping, supply chain management, and management of diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages. Vendors interested in participating must register via the “Add Me to Interested Vendors” button on the posting, as responses sent directly will not be acknowledged. The response deadline is July 24, 2026, and all communications must be submitted through the designated workflow email: 421scms.requirements.workflow@us.af.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 336412 applies, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The product is classified under Federal Stock Class 2915, and the Air Force Sustainment Center’s Air Force Materiel Command manages this effort under AMC/AMSC code 3D. The government will use the information collected to formulate the most effective acquisition strategy without initiating procurement at this stage. No funds are currently available for this market research activity.
